- Meals will not be served when a major holiday (such as July 4th) falls on a Thursday, on Monday Thursday, Thanksgiving or following the 2nd Thursday in December, and will resume on the 2nd Thursday in January.
- No discrimination or infringement of civil rights will be tolerated on-site in regard to who is served, portion sizes, free items, etc.
- Cancelation of meal service due to weather or other unforeseen emergency will be announced by noon on the day the meal is to be served.
